At first, when I came here, I was a little taken back because I was trying to deal with my child who is special needs, and the girl kept trying to talk to me and didn’t seem to care what I had going on, but once we got back into the room, the dentist and the staff assistant member were actually very helpful and understanding that I had three small children with me and even helped occupy them or make sure they were safe while I was being seen so I was truly grateful the appointment went well. Dr. Edwards is the most wonderful, skilled, caring dentist. Wouldn't trade him for the world, wold follow him anywhere!
Use to like this place when they were on clove road , then they scheduled a bunch of work that needed to be done , packed up the office without telling anyone that they were moving, came to the office for my visit and building was empty , windows boarded up , mind you I had a cracked tooth that needed a root canal that I got the approval for , 2 years down the line still have the cracked tooth find the office again on amboy road make the appointment, they made me come in for X-rays , get my X-rays done they see the cracked t... read more
From beginning to end, my experience was fantastic! The hygienist, Ariana, was truly outstanding. In addition to being meticulous and kind, she took the time to go over each step with me, which I appreciated. The entire appointment seemed relaxed and stress-free because of her soothing and composed demeanor. She takes pride in her profession and really cares about her patients!
