Needed a double extraction (turned out to be surgical) and I didn't know where to go or who to see. I took a shot with West Bridgewater Smiles and I'm glad I did. Michelle is great on the phone, as well as warm and personable in person. Mia assisted Dr. Han for my extractions and she was also warm, personable and knowledgeable; she made me feel much more at ease pretty much immediately. Dr. Han was great. Hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years, but they made it so comfortable and they were very non-judgemental! Heather was my dental hygienist and she was so gentle and did a great job! She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, which really mitigated my anxiety. Dr. Han was very kind and sweet. Everyone was very understanding.
Professional and detailed care. Everyone is friendly and thorough! I always feel comfortable.
West Bridgewater Smiles is the best! I have been going here for years and always leave with a smile on my face. The dental hygienists are kind, fast, and very knowledgeable (especially Heather!). Dr.Han explains everything thoroughly and easy to understand while examining and going ahead with procedures like cavity fillings.
