Dr Han and his staff are caring and thorough in their care. My hygienist, Karen, is gentle yet exacting when it comes to getting my teeth clean. I'm kept apprised of what is coming up next by anyone who sticks their hands in my small mouth. Getting bite wings is sometimes a team effort. I've had more major work done with Dr Han. He is a perfectionist in a good way. He is willing to give me breaks when my jaw is tired. BEST DENIST OFFICE IN SE MA! I didn't know dental care could be a pleasant experience before west bridgewater smiles. Every time I come in for treatment I realize that other places could be doing better and choose not to. Dr. Han and staff are wonderful, and make everything as pain free as possible.
Needed a double extraction (turned out to be surgical) and I didn't know where to go or who to see. I took a shot with West Bridgewater Smiles and I'm glad I did. Michelle is great on the phone, as well as warm and personable in person. Mia assisted Dr. Han for my extractions and she was also warm, personable and knowledgeable; she made me feel much more at ease pretty much immediately. Dr. Han was great. Hadn't been to the dentist in over 5 years, but they made it so comfortable and they were very non-judgemental! Heather was my dental hygienist and she was so gentle and did a great job! She explained everything she was going to do before she did it, which really mitigated my anxiety. Dr. Han was very kind and sweet. Everyone was very understanding.
