My family and I moved into a Lindvest Home (West Brant Heights - Brantford) in May 2024. Since that time, we have absolutely loved it! The home, a 1,900 sq. ft. end unit Townhome is absolutely gorgeous. As a new build, the home came with a warranty. We have not had any significant warranty related concerns, but when needed to ask a question about something, we just walked into the building office.
