I used to love working with this establishment. whenever carol answered the phone I knew I would get a timely answer and have my appointment scheduled. but these last fewtimes, I will call being told I'll get a call back about being scheduled. the last time I needed them, I chose to lower my price on the horse I was selling because they never called back. this time, I have a horse that is sick. and the lady in the office seemed concerned but it will be a week tomorrow of me continuing to call and still not having an apportio... read more
I used West Branch for the first time today on a very sick mini horse. Dr. Marlo is wonderful. Thank you for making Jack Buckley feel better and for coming out again in the morning to check up on him. Wonderful service.

I don't like having to try to call the vet for three days and MAYBE getting a call back. I also don't like being told my animal needs an expensive medication then they refuse to give me the prescription so I can order it online and save a little money.
The people in this office are professionals in every sense of the word, and the caring and compassion the doctor's show is above all expectations. We will definitely be using your services in the future, why go anywhere else when we already are dealing with the best... Thank You!
