Do not go here. I went here to get blood drawn. The lady that takes blood was just sitting in there doing nothing while people were waiting outside. She had the bed side manner of a wet dish cloth. It was the worst blood draw I have ever had. This woman should be fired.
This was my PCP and I was happy here. I had to leave(for a short period of time they stopped affiliation with my insurance) I was thinking of returning but now I am second guessing that decision. My son had lab work drawn on Monday of this week(after running fevers of 102-103 for a week) the lab results were back in the office on tuesday(I know, I called but the PA hadn’t read them yet. What is the reason behind the new phone system? It's a time consuming, unacceptable system. It has further separated a patient from their pcp health care. We are no longer given the option to directly request appointments, to give or receive info from a nurse, to leave a recording requesting RX refills. We have tried on two different occasions to contact our pcp's office to give INR testing results and get info regarding medication usage for dental work. The Physicians Assistants there are great! The phlebotomist there was awesome as well.
