I purchased a used car for my daughter that had a major undisclosed problem. A month later, it needed a whole new engine. Not only did WBA fix it quickly, they did it for $3500 less than the Ford dealership quoted me. I am very pleased with my service! I highly recommend West Brainerd Auto!
Awesome response on coldest day of year. I walked out of work to a car that wouldn't start. Tow truck was there in 10 min. Was informed battery was frozen. Driver advised me that I needed a new battery and I went to their shop and they installed one. Great professional service. I am telling everyone about this business. Thanks so much for helping me. All your staff are amazing.
My daughter, her boyfriend & my 5 year old grandson were headed back home to red wing after visiting me in Walker. They ended up stalled on the side of the road in Brainerd and I called West Brainerd Auto Service to get them a tow and check out their car to hopefully fix it. So POV it's Christmas 2025, you're at the new Kwik Trip in Baxter MN. You rush out of the cat to get yoir caffeine fix before you see the fam and.... you hear it... the sound of keys slupping under your seat as the door closes behind you, locking upon close. The gentleman that helped us was absolutely amazing, he was in a good mood even though he was called in on Christmas. Thank you mystery guy, that was working around 2pm on Christmas 2025 and thank you for getting to us in ONLY 15 MINS!!! You guys are rock stars!
Chad was great. We were stranded in the cold with a bad tire and he was quick, personable and reasonable.
