The folks at West Brainerd auto were great. Jeremy was fast with the car repair and cost was very reasonable. Highly recommend!
Today after pulling my car out of the driveway. I found myself stranded in the middle of the road with the car broken down and unable to move. People drove past me as if I was invisible not wanting to help. My road service AAA refused a service call because I had already used mine up for the year. Wasn’t reasonable dismissive and blamed his employe not transferring information on me very unprofessional
These guys went above and beyond! My timing belt snapped on the way home. They towed me and had me back on the road within a day. They also cleaned the whole engine compartment which I wasn’t anticipating. Fair pricing as well. I’ve had timing belts done elsewhere for around the same price. The work was done within the quote provided. I can’t recommend them enough, and I definitely will be back in the future when more mechanical work is needed!
Broke down on hwy 18, the man on the phone was very nice to speak to. The driver Aaron I think was the name. Was a very nice man and had my truck loaded very quick and was on scene within 20 minutes of my call.
