I had a very good experience here. I went in earlier tonight for a pain in my right elbow over the past week and when I walked in I was immediately taken to a room. All of the staff were very nice and had great bedside manner. They were very quick with everything they did for me and it did not feel rushed at all. TERRIBLE
I came to the ER in really bad shape. The moment I was given a bed I found a sense of peace. The staff went above and beyond to get me medication that would save my life. Thank you Dr. Zimmerman for being so understanding and making my brief stay there a memorable one. Oh and one more thing. Sondra was an angel!
A big thank you to all of the staff who treated me for severe abdominal pain the other evening. I'm grateful I had the ability to drive from Deerfield to Coconut Creek, because the trip was definitely worth it. Every staff member showed me compassion, dignity, and respect. They managed my pain well and were thorough with labs and imaging. Sometimes other facilities treat me with skepticism and rush me out the door due to my mental health diagnoses, but this ER saw me as a human being. I went to this ER at almost midnight because I was having an allergic reaction from something unknown and had a terrible rash spreading all over my body. It was my first trip ever to any ER and the bad reviews on here concerned me, but it was the closest in network place to me. I was greeted and brought to a room immediately and I saw about 2-3 nurses as well as Dr. Allen.
