The office has been contacted 20 timers for a copy of my report after the examination it has been almost two months, it has not been received. I can't even get a copy of the bill I paid for tax purposes. Because I needed to consult with a surgeon and needed the report, I was unable to have the surgery done in 30 days so I would need to pay for the measuring again. Can’t measure patience because their equipment is not up to standard. My mom’s in a wheelchair and can hardly move her head forward. The table should slide out towards patients that can’t lean forward. Very upsetting experience! Dr. Bellotte referred me to basken Palmer in pal beach gardens. They cannot lift people from wheelchairs there! They have to be able to move themselves the patient! So the referral was a waste!
