I just gave birth to my first baby on 10/8 at west boca. I was there for about a week so I got to meet sooo many different nurses and they all were SO SWEET!!! Honestly the most amazing nurse was Kristy in the labor/delivery unit. I’m hoping someone from west Boca sees this review and gives her a big raise if that’s possible lol. Just had my baby and I am so happy and blessed with my experience. The nurses truly made my experience one of a kind. Lendina, Nicole, Katrina, Jessie and Brooke were all wonderful. They were all so kind and attentive. They went over everything and answered all my questions.
The team of nurses working the night shift during my delivery were amazing, as well as the doctor and anesthesiologist. I am so grateful to them for making delivery such a great experience. The nurses who assisted me in the postpartum unit were great also. Thank you to this phenomenal team!
I want to share my complete frustration with the so-called “professionals” at West Boca Birthcare Pavilion. The only bright spot in our nightmare was one incredible nurse — Kayla (July 29, 7 PM–7 AM shift). She was caring, attentive, and genuinely compassionate. Sadly, everyone else we dealt with fell far below even basic standards of care. 1. Labor and Delivery Negligence • My wife’s water broke at 7 AM. I had my daughter here at the end of last year and I’ve postponed writing a review to see if my emotions on this subject dropped but I can confidently say I would never have another child here. The nurses were inattentive, needing to be reminded to give me basic Tylenol and advil 24 hours after a c section as a basic example. The only kind person I worked with was the nurse who admitted me to work me up for surgery.
