I had both my C-sections at West Boca, and it was wonderful—the nurses, the CNAs, and the doctors.the kitchen staff.the cleaning staff ,Before my C-section, I had Miss Marie; she is amazing—she took care of me and helped me relax. Afterward, I had Miss Rose—she is an angel. I had her for both my C-sections; she is truly kind and attentive, and she does her job with heart. In short, the whole team was wonderful. I highly recommend West Boca
I delivered my son at WBMC after a very challenging pregnancy & I truly cannot say enough good things about the care we received. Because of pregnancy complications, I became a bit of a frequent flyer - whether I was in triage, L&D or postpartum, I always felt like my concerns were taken seriously + both my baby and I were well cared for. My experience at West Boca birth center was exceptional! I wish I could remember the name of all the nurses who took care of me , they were all so amazing and the anesthesia team as well, Jessica made me feel so safe as that was the scariest part for me during my scheduled c - section. Then the pediatrician and the breastfeeding consultant were so sweet oh and the lady that comes to do the hearing test. I’m saying my experience was above expectations!
I just delivered my third baby via c-section at WBMC and each time was nothing short of amazing. The staff are highly attentive and knowledgeable. I had to go to L&D once before delivering and then when I delivered and the carryover from the staff made me feel comfortable and cared for. The nurses are outstanding - Huvie, Christelle, Rachel, Breanna, Rose, Fern, Sarah, Erika, the list goes on and I'm sure I forgot some people. I just had my first baby this past week and I am so thankful for Dr. Cueto and all of the L&D nurses for such an amazing and calming experience during labor and postpartum care. I truly couldn't have done it without them. 10/10
