I had a great experience ordering flowers from West Blooms Flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful, and they went above and beyond to make sure my order was perfect. The flowers were beautiful and the recipient loved them. Highly recommend!
I am deeply disappointed with the service I received from West Blooms flowers. I ordered a floral arrangement for my dads funeral, expecting something elegant and respectful, but what was delivered was completely different from what I had requested. The flower arrangement were not what was ordered and agreed on, some were already wilting.
