What a great surprise when my doorbell rang on St Patrick’s Day and Jeff was standing there holding a huge bouquet and saying it was for me! I told him he must be at the wrong address. He was delightful and assured me it was for me. The bouquet was a beautiful assortment of white and green flowers and even a couple of potatoes to celebrate my Irish roots. Beautiful flowers and wonderful service. Thank you West Blooms!

The store is so beautiful, alongside the flowers they have great plant and flower pots and lovely decor. I’ve always been very impressed with the service and quality of flowers!
Our family ordered flowers from you and specifically requested an arrangement that didn’t include anything that would be toxic to cats. And you put a giant lily in it stating that a cat would need to ingest a lot of a lily for it to be toxic. THAT IS COMPLETELY FALSE. If you don’t know what you’re talking about, then look it up on the internet. It is a well-known fact that lilies are very toxic. You should care more about the requests and concerns of your customers.
