West blooms is the nicest flower and gift store we have ever seen. The staff are really knowledgeable, friendly and will create anything you want. The flowers are always fresh and last a long time. Order ahead because they get busy especially during holidays.
Sandy’s arrangement was exactly what the doctor ordered! Thanks for the beautiful flowers, I love the selection and your attention to detail. This is the third time we’ve ordered from West Blooms. Great experience!
Very disappointing customer service experience. Staff were dismissive, unhelpful, and seemed uninterested in assisting with the purchase of high-end items. When customers are prepared to make significant purchases, a higher level of professionalism, product knowledge, and attentiveness is expected. Unfortunately, the service provided felt inadequate and left a poor impression.
Great service and quality! We will definitely be ordering from them again. They were very friendly too! We were very happy with our floral arrangement. :)
