I have had multiple problems with this practice. First encounter that was supposed to be for a full physical. Was just a "meet and greet" and was coded as a complaint of fatigue. Now I keep getting bills in the mail for a co-pay I have already paid months ago.
After having an experience with multiple doctors disregarding my symptoms, I was referred to Dr. Bragman and he was great. He truly listened to me about my symptoms and issues and really cared to get to the bottom of what was going on. I finally feel like I have someone that hears me, cares to help, and is on my side.
I'D GIVE ZERO STARS IF THAT WAS AN OPTION. I am a nurse out of state but my father lives in MI. He has been struggling for the past few months with upper respiratory issues. He does not have health ins and does not like to go to the doctor. I talked him into going to a walk in clinic and they treated him with antibiotics. I came to Dr. Bragman for a physical, and to confirm I didn't experience a discogenic back injury after lifting something very heavy and experiencing subsequent back pain. Four doctors entered the room, and Dr. Bragman immediately offered me pain medication without even completing an assessment to determine the source of my back pain. Tried to schedule an appointment. The front desk listened to the phone but hung up. It happened 5 times. If your clinic is not accepting new patients, you could just tell me.
