They came out in the beginning of Spring and did a wonderful spring cleanup for us! We were very happy with their work. We discussed using them for our weekly maintenance and were even given a quote. Alfredo told me to text when I was ready to start. I texted Alfredo twice, days apart, to begin the schedule. No response to either text. We are using someone else now.
Called yesterday and had what was a promising conversation with a gentleman about getting my backyard graded. We set up a 9am meeting and estimate, which I was told worked perfect because their team would be in the area all day working on jobs and would be convenient for them to stop by at that time. 9am came and went and no one showed up. I did not receive a phone call to cancel my appointment or to explain why. Very disappointing.
