Huge! Beautiful and fun
This company has been an amazing company. There has been many times where I accidentally forgot to pay my bill they send letters, made phone calls to me. Also west bend gives you your own personal agent that will call you and check up on Bissness and see if you wanna modify stuff. So far nothing bad to say just Thank You.
Long story short, I found out they were overcharging for auto insurance due to a clerical error on their part. When asked if they could do anything to correct this issue after 5 years of paying higher rates, they just shrugged their shoulders and said that "it was too long ago and there was nothing that they could do". My fault for trusting them and not getting comparison quotes earlier than this year....but I can only imagine what issues I would have had if I ever had filed a claim.
Don't want to follow through on coverage.
We have had a policy through West Bend since May of '24 after Secura stopped covering personal home policies. On 8/9/24 we moved into a different home with an original roof (2004) with the understanding that while old, we will have a year or two to get it replaced as it has not reached its end of life yet. At the time of moving they informed us that our deductible for the roof will be $10,000 instead of the traditional $1,000 due to the age.
