I don't want to say "the worst ever" but expect headaches if you signup with them and need to use the insurance
I was in an accident with one of West Bend Insurance Company's customers, and worked mostly with Amanda on my claim. Amanda got me set up with a rental right away, and even got me a minivan, as that was what my vehicle was, and needed for my family. She kept me in the loop throughout the whole process, and I was given a fair payout for my totaled vehicle. Being in an accident is never fun, but the headache that usually comes with dealing with insurance thankfully did not exist here!
Terrible customer service and they drag payment out for months as well as lie about having sent payment to the bank
