One star because 0 is not an option. I told him my apartment keys were in my purse and I had no where to go! And he said that he doesn’t know what to tell me and I have to talk to management on Monday. This was on Saturday night. I had to sleep OUTSIDE Afor two days because of him!!! 😭

Horrible to deal with very unprofessional. My friend got hit and had to walk home. Then later that day wasn’t allowed back into his own car to grab his personal belongings. And while asking about how to get back into the car they want him to get a notarized letter before he can grab his things. Extremely ridiculous and they try to make it harder then it needs to be! They made it feel like he is at fault for getting hit and punishing him for getting hit!!
