Very professional, very patient . The entire LeBeau team went well beyond the expected
Not the same as when I started coming here years ago.It's impossible to speak with a nurse by phone.All inquiries must be left on voicemail or the patient portal.I will make sure my next PCP has a direct line to speak with a nurse when needed.I have a new GP starting the new year. Its time for a change!
This office has gone downhill recently.The Dr. appears to be overworked...or maybe he just needs to retire.Not the same as when I started coming here nearly 15 years ago.It's impossible to speak with a nurse by phone.All inquiries must be left on voicemail or the patient portal.Luckily my insurance changes next month and this Dr will be out of network...I recently found a new PCP..Onward & upward!
The Dr. and staff are good.The phone system is a joke.You have to leave a voicemail msg or text using the patient portal.Its impossible to speak with a receptionist or nurse directly!
Dr LeBeau is a very nice and caring doctor. I recommend him to everyone. His staff is very nice also.
