I have been waiting for one month for the front staff to prepare a note from my doctor. I already spoke with my doctor, and he told me that the front staff would help me with it. However, the staff has been very rude and unhelpful. They keep asking me what they should write, even though I have already discussed everything with my doctor. They also do not answer phone calls or respond to voicemails. This has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. I expected much better communication and customer service.

They were so amazing to fit me in at the end of the day while I was on vacation I hadn’t been able to hear out of my left ear for 5 days and had 10 more days of the trip. Their nurse Andrea is the absolute best!
Not a good receptionist, the phone is never answering, my husband had a blood test and nobody contacted him, he call the clinic several times left the voice message and no body contact him back, he has to stop by the clinic and ask for the results because he needed for a referral and now the referral try to contact the clinic to sent a form that the physician has to fill up and guess what? NO BODY ANSWER THE PHONE. I hope the owner change the receptionist soon for somebody to really do the job.
