On June 25th, 2026, I received my blood test and other diagnostic results. Despite the positive findings, I have not yet received a call from a physician or the clinic. After a waiting period of nearly 13 days, on July 8th, I contacted the clinic to inquire about this matter, but they were unable to provide an explanation for the absence of communication from the physician or clinic. Prompt, and a family doctor? Love it!
I’ve had 3 appointments here and all of which I had to wait 55 min to 2 hours past when I was supposed to be seen. The same receptionist working at the time of my appointments is extremely unhelpful and rude. After 7 years on the waitlist for a doctor I’m disappointed.
Dr. Adebayo is fantastic. I was referred for a particular reason by my own physician who is soon leaving my current clinic. I want to join the practice as a patient with the other doctor who I have yet to meet but have a very difficult time when calling to talk to someone. I am directed to voicemail right away. And don’t get responses to my emails. I also don’t receive phone calls back just voicemails from them. It’s like playing a game of cat and mouse.
