This place. I'll start by saying the actual provider, Dr. Kao, was a good guy. But I had such a bad experience with this office. I had a follow up appointment coming up in a couple days, but I got sick that week. So I called to cancel. The next day, I get a call about the appointment. I call back again to cancel.
