Making an appointment at this location is extremely difficult for no reason. Scheduled an appointment and was pushed back, so when we made another visit sooner with a different provider in the office it was just cancelled with no contact at all from the office. When trying to explain this to the woman at the desk she was extremely rude and tried to make it seem as if it was our fault that they cancelled our appointment with no notice.
If you enjoy having your medical practitioners ignore what you are telling them about your specific ailments and insult your intelligence, then this is the place for you. They keep treating you with the same types of drugs that only end in repeated failed results and are arrogantly unwilling to consider different possibilities
Very unprofessional. Lack of communication throughout whole staffing department. They do not value your time or health very serious.
Very friendly phlebotomist, her space was very clean and she found my veins with no issue. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen.
Dr. Schmeiser lacks serious compassion and sensitive bedside manner. I feel I cannot always get the answers to my questions because he does not take the time and put these lacking qualities into practice leaving me feeling lost and heartfully unheard by him. He may answer but a person has to feel comfortable with their doctor first.
