Dr. Schmeiser lacks serious compassion and sensitive bedside manner. I feel I cannot always get the answers to my questions because he does not take the time and put these lacking qualities into practice leaving me feeling lost and heartfully unheard by him. He may answer but a person has to feel comfortable with their doctor first.
Phyllis is the best front desk receptionist of any practice I've ever encountered, and I myself work in the medical field. She's conscientious, caring and focused. Dr Schmeiser and Kriten Grant and amazing health care providers. They think outside the box when trying to come to a diagnosis and treatment for any issue I've had come up in my life. I highly recommend this facility as every single prison here cares about my and my family's health. Truly.
Disorganized and ridiculously slow. Getting a flu shot with an appointment and waited and hour for them to proceed to say I am not able to get a flu shot from them cause I haven't been seen in too long. Sorry I am not sick enough for you. They gave me my money back and no flu shot. Hate that doctors office!!!
It will take you forever to be seen even if you have an appointment because they double book appointments here which shouldn’t be allowed. They will pull you in the back for your appointment but you won’t see the doctor until 2 or 3 hours later or longer. I’ve almost walked out numerous times if it wasn’t for coming here since I was lil. Even their urgent side will make you wait a long time to be seen even when they are not busy urgent care is for fast urgent appointments!
