Very friendly phlebotomist, her space was very clean and she found my veins with no issue. Waited less than 5 minutes to be seen.
Dr. Schmeiser lacks serious compassion and sensitive bedside manner. I feel I cannot always get the answers to my questions because he does not take the time and put these lacking qualities into practice leaving me feeling lost and heartfully unheard by him. He may answer but a person has to feel comfortable with their doctor first.
Phyllis is the best front desk receptionist of any practice I've ever encountered, and I myself work in the medical field. She's conscientious, caring and focused. Dr Schmeiser and Kriten Grant and amazing health care providers. They think outside the box when trying to come to a diagnosis and treatment for any issue I've had come up in my life. I highly recommend this facility as every single prison here cares about my and my family's health. Truly.
Disorganized and ridiculously slow. Getting a flu shot with an appointment and waited and hour for them to proceed to say I am not able to get a flu shot from them cause I haven't been seen in too long. Sorry I am not sick enough for you. They gave me my money back and no flu shot. Hate that doctors office!!!
