I have a 24 year old Lexus, which I was concerned about the reliability. I asked Chuck to look it over as to whether I should keep it or get rid of it. His recommendation, after a thorough and fair inspection was to replace it, which was well explained, of which I will be following. It is great having found a knowledgeable and honest mechanic in Elmhurst.
My daughter was having issues with her car. I dropped it off last minute and Chuck went above and beyond to make sure it was fixed before giving it back so she could pass her omissions test.
