I bought a car from them two years ago exactly. Still owe 12000 on it. I got ripped off. My transmission is going out. Never going to buy a vehicle from them again and definitely won't recommend anyone to them either

Great dealership! Nefi was our salesman and did a great job in giving us prices for each vehicle and its perks. Honest dealership with clean title cars. I’m coming back to update my review. Well I bought my car last year. Was sold a service contract and had not try to use it until earlier this week. Car broke down and I had my wife drop me off at work. While at work reached out to get car fixed. Service contract administrator said that I had call West Auto Sales. I called and told to call the West Valley Store. I called no answer but did get a text message to start conversation so I did and Jerry told me they don't have a shop. Jerry said he would let his manager know of the issue took my Vin number.
