They answered my questions and spent a lot of time with me. Very friendly nurse who assisted the doc and he was very kind and informative. He explained the procedure as he worked on my extraction. They made me feel very comfortable. I didn't feel like they were trying to rush my appointment at all. They played one of the best radio stations in our area; however, I personally, wish it had been playing in the surgery room ~ I didn't ask and maybe they would have had I.

The chairs in their waiting room were definitely above average. I was comfortable. They explained all the risks and benefits of my treatment options. Everything was explained in detail, all my questions were answered, and I felt a lot better about choosing a treatment plan. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for.
