Scott and his team of absolute legends are now the only plumbers we will ever use... After a emergency solar hot water blow out after hours Scott turned up to isolate the problem and then come back the next morning and installed a temp hot water tank for us to use until we had our new Gas Hot Water System installed... They have been nothing but amazing and went above and beyond for us ... Anywhere i go if i hear plumber needed West Assured will be getting recommended !!!!

Exceptional service from start to finish. Scott came out promptly to assess the issue, provided a clear quote, and kept communication excellent throughout. Always on time, friendly, and very helpful. He managed to fit us in urgently so we weren’t left without hot water, which we really appreciated. The job was done to a great standard by Scott and his team and the whole experience was stress-free.Highly recommend!

For renovations to our Ensuite and Bathroom, we contacted Scott at WEST ASSURED. Anthony and Caleb came over and the work completed is second to none. The boys were on time, polite, efficient and cleaned up afterwards, yes, cleaned up. Not too many tradies do that nowadays. Jennifer and I will now be using West Assured for all our plumbing needs in the future.
