The team members at Tricounty Radiology are SO helpful and incredibly kind. I was in and out quickly both times I visited, and the x-rays were done efficiently without any hassle. I especially want to highlight Shelly, she went above and beyond to make sure everything was taken care of as I had a small hiccup with some unclear orders from my doctor. Her kindness and persistence made a stressful situation so much easier. I highly recommend Tricounty Radiology in West Ashley!
Unncessarily harsh and needlessly punitive front of house staffing. I was third in checkin line by the 7:45am arrival time (I have saved in a voicemail message) , and after the desk person took almost 15 minutes to check in the two people in front of me, at 2-minutes to 8:00, when I stepped up she said “oh you are late, the Xray tech already cancelled your appt, there’s nothing I can do, you’ll have to reschedule”.
