West and Woodall has super friendly staff that are always there to help! They were very attentive to having repairs completed around our rental when we submitted maintenance requests, and always responded to communications in a timely manner. Being able to pay our rent and access our lease through their app was always super helpful as well. We would definitely rent from them again!
My wife and I toured two homes with Stephanie Pierce in Durham. When she realized the first home wasn't quite the right fit, she pivoted and showed us a home that had all the character we were looking for. Stephanie was easy to talk to. Unlike other agents we toured with, she was engaging, interested, and, most of all, patient. Her demeanor made us want to lease with West and Woodall. Ask for her when you tour.
