They didn't deliver on time and I ended up having to pick up the bouquet that was supposed to be delivered. They said that they would refund the delivery money, but once I got there and asked about it they became rude and very unpleasant, finally it was agreed that the refund would go back to the person who had purchased the flowers. Come to find out that never happened! I am shocked at the low morals and unpleasant customer service!
