We've lived here since March and have had the locks changed on us twice without being notified, and the same for our neighbors. Seems like this shouldn't be happening. People should be able to get into their apartment at night after a long day at work. And when we wanted to get a hold of the landlord or a representative no one would pick up even on the emergency pager....
