My mother was here twice in one week and it went well. Nurses were professional. Second time, she was admitted and again staff was professional.
The ones in charge of deciding where and when the patient is discharged do not make their decisions with the patients best interest in mind. The lack of concern has allowed my loved one who was not on antibiotics when first admitted to this facility. Is now back on 2 different antibiotics. Many of the staff have an unapproachable disposition. And the nurses response to damn near everything is "Ill let the Dr know". Came into here after being referred by police after and assault and this tyrant saw me vaping before coming in and was very hostile demanding I give him my vape and ID. The front end attendant also came out and denied me entrance terrible customer service here and we are trusting you with our lives. Had no issue at St.Jude I just thought we had rights as human beings when needed treatment. Please stay away from here as I have called about this location to be investigated by the California Health Board
If you have an emergency, save your life, don't come here. Staffs don't care. They were on the phones at least the whole 2 hours we were waiting here, they didn't even bother to help check for you. They kept saying "I don't have that information, you have to stay." We were only waiting for a test result. The first one came out at a reasonable time. Second one took more than one hour. We had baby with us and two injured people. This place needs to have a better management, or at least a slightly more attentive staff. And hygi... read more
