My mother was here twice in one week and it went well. Nurses were professional. Second time, she was admitted and again staff was professional.
The ones in charge of deciding where and when the patient is discharged do not make their decisions with the patients best interest in mind. The lack of concern has allowed my loved one who was not on antibiotics when first admitted to this facility. Is now back on 2 different antibiotics. Many of the staff have an unapproachable disposition. And the nurses response to damn near everything is "Ill let the Dr know". If something isnt working it takes too long for them to try another recourse. These patients aren't being given... read more
