Pésima experiencia esperé 4 hrs no me encontraban la vena y me picaron 4 veces horrible nadie te atiende uno con el dolor ,no hay camas no desperdicies tu tiempo en ir a este sitio seguro hay algo mejor si se pudiera ni una estrella daba.
I came to this hospital by paramedics on Thursday for a slip and fall and I was put in a room. Nobody came to check on me no nurse no nothing. They didn’t hook me up to no machines. The doctor came in so we were gonna do x-rays x-ray tech came in did x-rays and then the doctor came in. They said I needed an MRI but they couldn’t give me an MRI. They had to go to my doctor to get one they gave me a knee brace but the knee brace was too small. The nurses were just sitting around chitchatting at the Nurses station
This place is horrible!!! I understand that there is no way for a hospital to be quiet, but I really don't understand why there is so much talking about personal matters. That stuff should be left at home or at the breakroom. It would allow patients to get at least some rest or sleep. Where are the supervisors? Are they part of this unprofessionalism? They claim that they are busy and understaffed, but perhaps if they would cut down on the useless personal conversations they would be more productive. You ask the nurses quest... read more
You don’t want to end up here no matter how bad or sick you feel, This place is just another cash cow run by Vietnamese/Koreans and subcontracted the worse of the kind doctors and nurses, but still short staffed. No proper rooms nor any help at the reception and you will be passed back n forth to Triage and Reception. Kaiser is a much better option compared to these mom n pops medical center where if something goes wrong , You will not find the responsible one!!
2/14/2025: We checked in around 1pm because my Mom's blood pressure hit 190/100. She was so dizzy which was causing her to vomit and she could not walk without being assisted. Well anyway, the receptionist didn't seem like she wanted to be there and it appeared that she stuffed some cloth in the hole of the security window to try to prevent her from getting sick from any of the sick customers which also made it harder to hear her because the security window didn't have any kind of speaker system.
