If you have an emergency, save your life, don't come here. Staffs don't care. They were on the phones at least the whole 2 hours we were waiting here, they didn't even bother to help check for you. They kept saying "I don't have that information, you have to stay." We were only waiting for a test result. The first one came out at a reasonable time. Second one took more than one hour. I am now having the courage to write this I took my dad to the er of west anaheim medical center like 5 times in the last week of his life the last time we took him was on 5/12/2025 and he passed away on 05/13/2025.. they said it was water retention but he died of sepsis not even a whole 24hrs after he was discharged ..if you guys would listen to your patients my dads death would of been avoided in some way or he could ve had a little longer with us thank u for ur negligence cause u left my family without our dad my mom with... read more
Last night I came in with my girlfriend and her child and we left because we had been sitting there for 6 hrs and before they actually attended us the hard part was watching her child in pain and the doctors and nurses not doing nothing to help ....

The staff was friendly but have caregiver fatigue. I was dismissed with my sugar still way to high and my oxygen to low. Also got results for tests that weren't taken. The whole experience left me feeling isolated, unheard and feeling worse than before I went there. Please go somewhere else if you want real help
