I've been seeing Melissa here for the past 14 years ever since I was a teenager and she's been taking great care of me. She's very knowledgeable and takes her time with the patients. Doesn't rush the appointments and she's always looking for outside information and doing research in some conditions since some are rare or have weird treatments. Dr. Casterline was confident, competent, helpful, and quick in a good way. I am grateful for his expertise and will strongly recommend him and his accompanying medical assistant who made me feel heard and ensured that I knew everything I needed to know.
