I took my elderly aunt to the Baker County location yesterday. She is 89 years old, and upon arrival she was handed an iPad and told to update her information with little to no explanation or assistance. Unfortunately, she is not computer literate, and this experience was frustrating and overwhelming for her. While technology can be helpful, there needs to be better accommodations and support for elderly patients who may not know how to use tablets or electronic systems.
