I would 1000% recommend using westair to anyone. The service we received was faultless. We had them replace our whole ducted aircon system throughout the house. From approving the quote to install being completed was a week, the install team arrived on time and the job was complete within the day, they even cleaned up after themselves! We are loving our new system recommended by westair. Don’t hesitate to reach out to these guys for all your aircon needs 🥶🥵
I booked a yearly air conditioning service with West Air and received an email confirmation stating the technician would arrive between 7am–12pm. highly recommend, recently organised a new split system for my sisters place , the pricing was great compared to others and the service we received from was also great ,thank you west air.
Would highly recommend. It was not a straight forward installation and before quoting listened to what was important to me and came up with various options for me to consider. The installation team also made a few changes as the actual installation progressed on the day which improved the overall appearance of the system outside. Price was very competitive, staff professional, efficient and friendly. 10/10
If your looking for an air-conditioning company that go over an above, look no further than West Air. The crew of Tyson, Harry and Reece not only installed a fantastic system, they saved my house. While they were doing the installation my Dryer caught fire and i was unaware. Identifying the issue Tyson went into overdrive getting the fire extinguisher, while Harry grabbed my 15 week old puppy and made sure he was safe, Reece opened doors and windows to help the smoke get out of the house.
