I'm not sure if I actually recommend this place or not. I cant seem to get any answers. We did two "Zoom" video calls with my mother and although its only once a week, it was better than nothing! My mom has been there three weeks now. This is the Longest she has ever been without seeing her family face to face! I wish there was a way to allow people to visibly check on their loved ones. This is my mother's nursing home, up to 15 deaths from 5 last week. It says right in the article that change in mental status is a symptom, yet, we had to point out to them that she was confused on the phone. She said that she was short of breath and was on oxygen. They say that she is fine and was never on oxygen, I don't trust them at this point. We are one of those families that they think are "complainers" because we aren't complaisant with neglect. Some of the CNA were very good and caring. But they were so under staffed causing them to brief and neglect patients. 7-3 during the week was ok when had a full crew which was hardly ever. Nights and weekends the place was run on a Skelton crew and patients were severely neglected. Left sitting in their waste for 6-8 hours and not bathed. Diabetes meds not given regularly etc....

A family member is currently a patient there. Some of the staff were nice and others were rude especially to my mom when she told them my family member needed to use the rest room. When my mom pressed the button for help we waited awhile. I work in healthcare too and was very unhappy with what I saw
