After a change of management companies, it's great to see the new team do such a good job and run the property in a professional way that simply didn't happen in the past. This has made a tremendous improvement over years' past. Not only for how "paperwork" gets executed, but the overall maintenance of the property, and Sydney (Leasing Specialist) and Dan are always a pleasure to work with! The overall complex, location, and amenities are ideal in this area.
I absolutely love living here! Dan, Sydney, Lorenzo, and Nate are some of the best apartment staff I’ve ever encountered! My apartment is lovely, the grounds are beautiful, and the location could not be better.
Anytime I have a maintenance issue, Nate is on top of it! He’s friendly and addresses the situation quickly and fully.
I’ve lived here over a year. Great place to live, cool neighbors, great location. Anytime I’ve ever had any issues with something breaking, Nate has always been there super prompt and quickly to get me taken care of!
Brian and James are just the best. Pleasant, professional and always a pleasure to work with. You've got some great guys on your staff.
