Brian replaced the garbage disposal. He was friendly, professional, responsive, timely, and explained everything he needed to do and acted upon it with speed. I didn’t need to wait for parts, Brian just got them, returned, and rebuilt the garbage disposal system. He knows what he is doing and it now runs quieter. Thank you, Brian, you did a great job.
We've lived here for about 6 months and are so happy with the community. The apartments are large and have nice finishes. The location in Golden is perfect - close to everything, but not too close when it gets busy in town. The renters are a nice, diverse bunch with everyone from college students to older couples. We've seen staff turnover in the time we've been here, and the current team is fantastic. Would definitely recommend to anyone looking to rent in Golden.
