We moved here 4 months ago. We love it here. Read some reviews about management. Since we moved here new management took over. They are very responsive in every way including maintenance when we had a minor issue. They were here the next day. We especially love how Sidney handles everything. She made moving in a breeze and was so very helpful to us.
Laughable and they refuse to put up cameras in the parking area. Also they charge you to park on their property that you live on. Maintenance is helpful, ownership is a waste of air.
Nathan was really helpful and nice, he came many times in order to repair a water leaking problem, and the an electricity problem in my bathrom! Thanks for your help!!
Amazing location near the creek and all the trails. Lovely apartments with great views.
I loved living here until a change in ownership and management. What was once a genuine community with responsive, caring oversight has been replaced by a property ownership and management team that treats long-term residents as disposable. When I asked to be charged the fair market rate being offered to new renters for the same vacant floorplans in the same building, I was met with a refusal to match Basecamp's own listed prices.
