Dr. Branum and the staff are always so helpful and knowledgeable. He takes the time to answer any questions you have and really get down to the bottom of problems. They send reminders for shots and are always very accomidating with appointments. Plus the parrots in the office are very entertaining for our pups.
The vet and tech were very nice and informed, however i took my malamute there for grooming and the groomer not only did a butcher job on her rearend, but cut her twice with the clippers. Also cut her tail like a puddles. I WILL NEVER TAKE MY POOR DOG THERE TO BE GROOMED AGAIN! Should ask for money back, but lesson learned!
