My boyfriend and I store our RV here, we have had no issues. There are cameras but most of all it is off the beaten path, yet close enough to Saskatoon and Martensville to be convenient. The owner is very easy to deal with and the road is paved all the way there. Access is really good.
A friend of mines trailer was stolen from here, they were informed "the cameras werent working at the time of the theft". the RCMP reccomended not storing here because this happens often and they believe it to be an inside job, don't store here!
The road to here is paved, the access is key card only, there are cameras and people who live across the road. I recently saw RCMP on site I understand there were some thefts and the RCMP seized a bunch of property from another customer. I feel for Mr. Seyed "the owner" as he cannot guarantee security. No one can. We feel comfortable leaving our RV here and have had no issues. Its convenient for us and priced right, it says right in the contract to keep your property insured and we do.
DO NOT store your items here. Our trailer was stolen in November/December and we just found that it’s currently impounded by the border and was pulled with a stolen vehicle. MANY thefts have occurred here after to talking with other people that have stored items here. Sounds like the thefts live in these trailers as well. RCMP have told us to get out and spread the word to stay out. The owner does not care and is very shady.
After making the owner aware of the first break in attempt he did nothing. the assailants then came back and were able to live in our trailer and stole almost everything that wasnt nailed down as well as stuffing the toilet with clothes and human fecal matter. if you value your trailer store it anywhere but here.
