This isn’t the place to live, here is a list of reoccurring issues if I could give no stars I would this place is -100 (1) hot water doesn’t work properly you have to turn on on the sink, the tub just for the shower to work (2) the fridge leaked for 5 days before replacing it , it also had rust and mold inside (3) there was someone’s clothes in my washer and dryer on move in date (4) the AC continues to break and it was 94 in my appointment Management refused to pay for a hotel (5) they contracted a tow company to tow care ... read more
The building is falling apart. 2500 a month for a place full of issues. Management is less than helpful. If I could give the place 0 stars I would.
Do not go to West 6th. West 6th's building is in shambles. They require maintenance for almost everything you can think of: gas, water, AC and especially the elevators. It's a running joke among all residents how bad everything is here and how the elevators are always down, making residents walk up to their high floor. Every week, there will be someone playing loud music, partying, or construction will be going on that will disrupt your sleep and study.
