Terrible place! I lived here for a year and would not recommend it. The unit looked very different from the photos online, the building had an old, unpleasant smell, shower only ran hot to hotter—no option for cool water. When I moved out, I followed all cleaning requirements and even provided proof of professional carpet cleaning, yet I was still charged extra fees and lost my deposit. Amazing management move-in was awesome Jonathan is coo... very quiet clean and neighbors were friendly.
I wouldn’t move here. The community manager, Jonathan, is disingenuous and a liar that can’t take responsibility for his mistakes and deflect. On his own accord, told us that we will have the first four weeks free and then changed it up after we submitted the application and refused to refund us.
