Well where do I start my partner lived here for almost 10 years and I lived there with her 3 over multiple units in this complex. During our exit we had a consistent problems with pests from the day we moved in to our last unit and had been blamed for it. We documented the entire stay the management filed for us to be evicted on those grounds. I live here. If I could rate it 4.5 I would. The bad reviews are from disgruntled folks who didn't get their way about something, I'm sure. The apartments are older but the carpet was new when I moved in. I've been here over two months and it's super quiet. The complex is always clean and well manicured. Green grass, trimmed bushes. It's gated. It really is a good small complex and the price is good as well. The front office and maintenance staff are incredible! The leasing staff is very friendly and does a great job of making sure that residents are satisfied throughout their time living here. The grounds are well-maintained. I recommend it to anyone looking for an affordable apartment.
They should atleast tell applicants to gather all requirements before applying online especially the application fee is not refundable.
