I am not a student but I am a parent of a student who lives at West 22 I thought this would be a safer option for my daughter because she is attending Kennesaw State University the apartments are right around the corner from the college and they have access to the bus to and from The University and boy was I wrong this was the worst mistake I ever made in my life was to let her live their I know housing is less expensive than other apartments around but if you care anything about your child’s well-being and safety as a paren... read more

This place is a dump and the customer service is terrible. Internet that doesn't work and no support to rectify. Random non-residents showing up to the pool, all the time. People showing up to the pool with guns. Loud parties and trash all over the parking lots. The inside of these apartments are beyond terrible and outdated. Appliances old and dirty, kitchens very dirty, carpet is beyond worn and filthy. I met the new Property Manager Modone at the breakfast event last week and I must say I was quite impressed by her friendliness and professionalism. She introduced herself and Sinae and explained their roles and the plans for West22. I had a few questions for Modone and she was able to answer most of them and stated that she will look into the questions that were unanswered and get back to me. Let me just warn you about HALF of the inconveniences you will face while living at West22 * Let’s start with management. Nobody in the front office knows what they’re doing in the slightest. If you bother them enough they will pretend like they’re going to contact you with information later or send you to someone who can help but you will never get a follow up or any type of help at all they’re literally just up there to play around.
