West 10 Tire & Auto has everything you want when looking for a mechanic. They're down to earth, treat you fairly regardless of your car knowledge or vehicle, and are always in good spirits. I have seen them work first hand and can attest to their speed. They are perfectionists when it comes to alignment and wheel balancing. I drive from a town over because a decent mechanic is hard to find.
Always prompt professional and friendly ! Between the oil changes and any repairs, they always call me to make sure that is the service I want....fair prices and great staff...drop my car in the morning, done by lunch or they call to communicate everything ! John is very patient ! 2 years and won't go anywhere else!
Had an appointment at 10:30 this morning was told my repair should take 1 hour to an 1 1/2. Came back 1 1/2 hours later and apparently they hadn't even started the work on my car! But was anyone honest with me, no they let me think my car would be done shortly! NOT!! I received my car back at 2:40 pm! Over 4 hours after dropping it off!! No way is that acceptable! I should have been given the choice to wait or come back another day! Horrible way to treat a new costumer!
Thank you for helping me today and for staying open several months ago to help me when I noticed my tire going flat in the Shop Rite parking lot. Great neighborhood business!
