Wesson Animal Clinic got us in for an emergency on a Saturday. My dog ended up in surgery and kept over the weekend. Dr. Goldman called me around the clock to update me on her condition. All fees were discussed prior to any procedures which I appreciated so much! They have gone Above and beyond from the Drs to their tech Jennifer to the front desk staff. Everyone has been so kind and they are now officially our new vet!!!! I would 100% recommend anyone to them!
If I could leave negative 500 stars I would! Be aware they do not have an outdoor enclosure to take your dog to use the bathroom. This creates opportunity for animals to escape. I found this out the hard way. Thankfully we found our dog safe and she was able to return home with us. This could have gone so badly. The poor response to the situation from Mr Wesson is really the reason I’m writing this review. He only placed blame on the dog. NEVER EVER USE WESSON ANIMAL CLINIC. We picked this clinic based off reviews. Our dog was spayed here. They struggled to get her out of her kennel (making her in fight of flight mode coming off meds). She got loose and ran across cottage hill road and to both the apartment complexes across the road. We searched and searched for her. When she finally came to me, she was bleeding in her incision. My husband requested the owner call us. When he did, he immediately went on the defense. So I want to leave positive review. Dr Wesson saved my dogs eye from getting worse. This was a few years ago, and I had to put my beloved chi down, since then, only because of old age. But the vet was so kind and professional. Out of nowhere my Chihuahuas eyelid was swollen and red. Anyone knows eye issues are dangerous. So I took in my chi to him and he told me some ointment to put on the eyelid when home and made it easy understand. My dogs eyelid was better within a few days. I was so grateful to see improvement.
