I was a tenant here for two consecutive years, I had a fantastic experience. The apartment we leased was in great condition, spacious, and most importantly, VERY affordable for Ann Arbor. Nick (our landlord) was very responsive to any problems that arose, and there weren’t any hidden fees of any kind. Overall, I think I was incredibly fortunate to have found Wessinger on my apartment search, and would highly recommend them to anyone looking for solid, affordable housing.
