We had to move out because we needed more space but we had a great experience living at Wessex House. No problems with resident noise and the building was always clean and orderly. The leasing office and management are on site and are so very helpful and pleasant. Maintenance requests are handled very quickly.
talk about convenience earlier early last week i was able to use SEPTA to get to center just by walking into the back yard.

I’ve been living at The Wessex House in Wayne, PA, for a little over 2 years now, and I can confidently say it’s a fantastic place to call home. The location is perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything you need, from shopping to dining to parking options, and a bonus with the SEPTA St. David’s station in our backyard. The building itself is well-maintained, with beautiful landscaping and modern amenities.
