Absolutely beautiful properties and Andrea is the greatest she took her time showing us several units and answered all of our questions in great detail. A sweetheart and a true professional!
Andrea, Assistant Property Manager, was friendly and knowledgeable when I met with her earlier this week. We reviewed what type of unit would work best and she gave me valuable input. The property itself is well-maintained and in a convenient location. Would recommend this property and it's sister properties if you need housing in the area.
I had the pleasure of meeting Andrea, the Assistant Property Manager, while walking into the leasing office. I originally had scheduled a tour for that following week, but upon walking in and mentioning my name, Andrea immediately freed up her schedule and gave me a tour of the Wessex House, as well as the Aberwyck and Crestwood apartments, which are all nearby and under same management. I am a Villanova student that has been looking to move into an apartment off campus for senior year. Andrea has been extremely helpful in this process. She has made this time less stressful by being so accommodating, continuously keeping in contact with me, and providing so much helpful information. I thank her so much for all her hard work and time she puts in to every customer.
We recently moved into this apartment and are having a very positive experience. Units are completely renovated and the apartment staff is very responsive. Stacie does a great job at responding to your questions or concerns. Any maintenance issue we had was resolved within hours. Apartment has an amazing location. You can walk to local shops, banks etc. There are some great restaurants in the area. We are glad we chose Wessex House over many other apartments we looked at.
