I’ve lived at Wessex House for a few years and have had a great experience throughout. It’s truly premier living on the Main Line with a central, convenient location. The management team is friendly, responsive, and genuinely willing to work with tenants and listen to feedback. The maintenance staff is also excellent, handling requests quickly and efficiently, no matter how big or small. We have been tenants at the Wessex House for over three years. We recently signed a lease renewal for another year. It is a great location, the facility is well maintained, and the support staff are very accommodating and professional. Overall, we are very happy to be living at the Wessex House.
Love living at Wessex House!! I love the location, I love our apartment, I love everything about it. There are so many advantages to living here. If you commute to the city for work, the train is literally at your doorstep. Being close to the “blue route” makes getting anywhere by car easy. The village of Wayne has restaurants, shopping, the farmer’s market, so many things to do and almost any weekend there is something special to do. Renting an apartment here at Wessex House while continuing my education at Villanova University and I could not think of a more ideal place to live. It is in such a convenient area with so much around from grocery stores, places to eat, yoga & pilate studios, etc. AND the best part being Faith! She is such a light around the property and truly has made this transition so easy for me.
I have been living at Wessex House for two years and have enjoyed it thoroughly. The staff is excellent and everything you need is walking distance. In addition, the St. David train station is right there if you wanted to go into Philadelphia. I would definitely recommend renting here!
