My friends and I lived at Wessex House for 2 years and it was wonderful. Wonderful people, wonderful staff, wonderful apartments! Wouldn't change a thing about my time at Wessex House.
We have been living at Wessex House for 3+ years and have loved every minute of it. The ladies in the office, Stacie, Shavonn & Faith are responsive and helpful. The maintenance team is efficient and reliable. Overall, the entire staff is friendly and approachable. Wessex House offers a dog park/dog wash station which is a highlight for Shana our dog and the new fitness center is convenient to have on site. Highly recommend!
Wessex is a wonderful place to live. Strategic location, excellent facilities, comfortable apartments. Safe and secure with easy access to all you need even in walking distance. But the most exceptional thing about Wessex is its management staff. They are professional, caring, and attentive to all our needs. Moreover, work orders on repairs inside the apartment are handled fast and with great care. We have been residents here since 2023 and love it all. Highest rating, Wessex!
Shavonn was extremely helpful with my move out. She was courteous and bent over backwards to help me get everything set up. I love living here and am going to miss it immensely!
Wessex House is an excellent apartment building !! Clean, quiet and safe !! Great parking and convenient to everything, especially all the colleges. My main contact, Faith has been extremely helpful !! The entire staff is First Class !!!
