Staff is not enthusiastic about selling cars. They passed me off to each other and then didn't call me back. Once I spoke with sales rep Paul he told me he would hold the vehicle till he could get information back to me. I then had to call him back again and he said he took an offer....without calling me back. Typical used sales lot experience. Found another dealer that wanted to sell a car and with a better deal.

After some number crunching he showed me what they had available. At no time did he try to pressure anything. The staff is incredibly friendly- helpful... they will let you take your time deciding... no pressure. They have a great inventory too.
