I called Mr. Wessels to ask some questions about probate. I admitted I have very little knowledge on the subject. He was so patient, helpful and compassionate. This isn’t an easy task to take on in the wake of losing a loved one but working with someone who brings this kind of support helps lighten your load. I could tell by his words and actions that he enjoys his work and gets satisfaction from helping others. Glad I found him.
Needed a probate attorney. I did find out that he does not service our county, but he gave me another option for an attorney. Also he gave me some solid advice on how to move forward.

He listened patiently to the situation and gave me very clear and specific advice on the documents I needed to collect to prepare for the future. My wife and I spoke with Kai about a living trust issue and he provided some great advice. It was advice that made him the least amount of money, but it was the right thing to do. An honest lawyer! Highly recommend.
I consulted with Kai because I had some issues with the attorney who prepared my trust. Kai listened, then answered all of my questions. He also let me know the trade offs among the options I was considering. At the end of the call, he made me realize that the situation was not as dire as I had feared. Really put my mind at ease. Wonderful experience. I plan to go back to Kai when the time comes to amend my trust further.
