Outstanding. I called some small engine places in town, and there were significant savings on rates, and even though he was a little out of my area, it was definitely worth it. I took in my snapper rider mower and now runs like a champ. There was good communication, and he gave me options which I appreciated. I will be taking any small engine here if anything needing repair is out of my capability. Good turnaround too.
