We were travelers passing through Missoula on a Friday and we developed an issue with our Audi A4. Wes offered to help even though he was already busy. The fix was simple but something we could not have performed. He handled our fix quickly and efficiently. His shop is one of those hidden gems that deserves wider recognition. If it were possible to give stars he would get 5 big ones. Missoula is lucky to have Wes’s Wagons. He has our highest recommendation.
I just bought a 2011 Subaru WRX and needed to find a mechanic that was willing to work on the turbo charged engine. Wes inspected my car, changed the oil, air filter and replaced the brake fluid while I waited. He didn't charge me for the inspection, and got the job done quickly. The prices are very fair, and I will definitely be going back to Wes's Wagons. Highly recommended!
Excellent service, honest, knowledgeable, skilled and fair.
I have never received better customer service from a mechanic for my VW. He does a very thorough job and is so wonderful. I will never take my VW anywhere else again.
