I was standing there waiting to ask a question just to be ignored
It would be really cool if they'd return phone calls or answered the phone at all to set an appointment. The one time I showed up in person a year or so ago the guy at the desk looked at me like I was stupid. They only looked at my car for 10 min without really putting any effort into looking for the issue I described. Cost me an uber both ways when I could have just waited. Only reason I give two stars and not one is because they had the courtesy to not charge me for wasting my time.
Wes the owner is great.. I thought I was going to have a costly repair and he took a look at my car and realized it was a small problem (tire change). He pointed in the right direction and saved me hassle from untrustworthy mechanics.. didn't charge me to look and see the problem... I would 100% come back here if or when my truck does have problems. 5 stars
