1) Not a place if you need to travel towards Orlando. Traffic is a nightmare. 2) Quality of construction is below average whatever builder you opt with. 3) Termed as nature hood but nothing really sets this community apart. 4) Pricing is as high as other Lake Nona area - which is really stupid with no amenities except a below par pool.
