Wesley Life Home Health has been instrumental in maintaining my personal hygiene and helping with light housework Their aides are top-notch, accepting directions well, going above and beyond of their duties, being friendly and professional, maintaining privacy and confidentiality in all their interactions. Another golden group are the schedulers whom assist when I have a time conflict or need to leave a message For my aide.
Sicked the state on US with allegations of ELDERLY ABUSE! Hospice care was good. BUT palliative care is a different story. This company turned my elderly parents into the state protective services and tried to have my elderly mother charged with elder abuse of my sick father. False accusations were given to open an investigation. The state came and it was completely unfounded. There was no abuse of any kind. If I could give zero stars, I would. As a nurse, this is a horrible place to work with terrible management and even worse staffing ratios. They have a census of well over 500 patients being managed by less than 20 nurses. The nursing team has been without proper leadership, and experiencing constant turnover in the last 6 months - they lost 8 nurses since the last week of November. Their VP just resigned 3/13 after I filed a formal complaint at the corporate level that resulted in an investigation. The complaint is currently... read more

Wesley Life home health care employees are wonderful and they do the best they can with a very poor management people. Can not call it a team because that does not exist: The director/manager stepped down and now has left. Just know lower level managers are allowed to treat staff and clients poorly, please ask your doctor for a referral to a better agency. Part of good health care is also mental health.
