We came here first an Emergency Room visit. Clean no wait time. The nurse practitioner that saw us was Amazing. Caring, patient, knowledgeable, kind, humble. I can’t think of enough positive ways to describe this experience in comparison to the VA experience. She took the time to do a real physical examination. And I can’t thank Jodi enough for the care she gave my son.
Never again. I went for a NON-emergency diagnostic x-ray and was referred here by my Doctor. They are charging more than EMERGENCY ROOM prices - perhaps just because they are attached to an ER? I went for a 3 view x-ray of my foot due to some foot pain (code 073630) and they charged me $1,744! Four months later, I received the bill for the radiologist who actually read the x-ray. $30. Not appreciative of the "sticker shock" for said services when I checked in for my x-ray. It would have been nice to be notified along with other texts "additional money may be required for servicing" up-front. Not many people can whip $500 up-front for an x-ray only to be turned away due to financial burden. I'm glad I was able to split pay it.
