The technician and sales rep recommended a new furnace for me at a cost of $11,000. Lucky for me I got a second opinion! Another firm said their recommendations were wrong and although there were some issues to address, replacement was not necessary. I cancelled my maintenance contract with WW. BEWARE.
Jasson did a great job performing annual maintenance on our tankless HW heater. He also installed a valve that should have been done by the installer
Got our Seasonal Tune-Up last week! The Technician, Matthew DeLay, was very professional and efficient. Spoke with my husband about some outstanding issue and took the initiative to order a part and schedule a follow-up visit. We pay about $180/year for annual maintenance and the bi-annual tune-up process has been working very well with us.
Matthew is a consummate professional and explained all that was done. A really good, friendly guy.
Jasson showed up on time, installed the previously purchased unit as discussed, and charged the previously agreed upon amount. No surprises, just honest work!
