We were notified by our HOA that we may have furnace issues like some of our neighbors, but Kevis came out, right on time, and did a thorough maintenance check on our furnace, and gave us a clean bill of health! All the while, he was professional, explained what the problem MIGHT be, yet extremely pleasant throughout! All in all, an excellent visit - as always! SEB
We had ice form on our HVAC outside unit which the technician chopped off! Kevis was such a delight to work with and explained the problem perfectly!! Thank you for your prompt response!!
Alan Kobb was right on time and got directly to work in looking into my heating system and condensation pump problem. Alan evaluated several scenarios that could have caused my heating problem and made an adjustment to the condensation pump and that adjustment fixed the problem. Alan was very professional throughtout his service visit and did not rush at anytime during his technical assessment to fix the problem. I would recommend Alan for any Wesley Wood service visit.
